Daniel Chandler on the monies paid to your credit
companies. This
figure is included in the monthly payments you make
to us and can be subject to a minimum or maximum
charge, this will be discussed with you when you
have completed the relevant online forms.
How
Long Does The Service Last?
Most
people wish to remain with the programme until all
their debts are cleared.
Our service is provided with a condition that
you continue on the loan restucture programme until
your debt is settled.
Should you pay your creditors direct during
the repayment programme, you will be liable for the
administration costs involved.
Failure
to keep to your agreed plan may lead to the
cancellation of the loan restructure programme,
which would mean creditors may take action against
you for recovery of the debt.
What
if my circumstances change?
Daniel
Chandler undertake six monthly reviews enabling us
to maintain the request for interest to be frozen on
your accounts.
By keeping to your plan we will hold all
future negotiations with your creditors, giving you
